The DPS Dust Suppression System minimizes the harmful effects of airborne dust, resulting in a better working environment along with ensuring the surrounding areas are dust free.
We install complete systems for new plants as well as extensions to existing systems, replacement systems and repairs. Road spray systems are becoming a major part of our work load, as more and more customers realise the importance of controlling rising dust created by vehicle movement. Each installation is tailored to suit the customers requirements, using electronically controlled zones and reduces the pipe and pump specification. With our experience in this field, we design all our installations to be fully automatic with sequential operation controlled by an adjustable programmer. This always allows for expansion to the system, without the need to replace the base equipment.
Dust Suppression has been an important part of our business for over 10 years and our systems are in place throughout Ireland. We have many reference sites available.
Additionally, if you are considering using a borehole to provide water for the system and other plant, DPS can provide well-drilling services and borehole pumping systems as required.
