All the different packages are based on the proven system of:

• Fully galvanized heavy duty box section base side shields (to conserve water).
• Spray bars assemblies, 4 under body, 2 side bars
• 44 high volume wide angled nozzles create the perfect wash pattern. [66 on the extended version]
• 8ft x 10ft security cabin containing 18.5kw end suction pump, auxiliary wash down pump, water recycling pump (if required), control panel, low voltage controls, self cleaning filter. See photographs.

The fixed systems use a civil construction base and settlement lagoon for water recycling, while the transportable systems use a silt-buster assembly or lagoon to recycle the water and a simple concrete base with slope to discharge water from below the wash grid. With many installations throughout Ireland Drilling & Pumping Supplies are continuously upgrading the wheel wash system to the changing market.
